New tropical alcohol and drug free resort Sober Haven Bali has opened for people in recovery.

Founded by Brian H, Sober Haven Bali, whose motto is “Eat Pray Play”, is not a treatment centre.

The resort is a “safe cultural, spiritual, gourmet and temptation-free vacation resort” for people in recovery and 12-step programs.

All staff, from the tour guides to the surf instructors, are members of 12-step programs themselves.

Love fall festivals?  If you’re in the United States, then you might fancy fun fall festivals and harvest celebrations in Colorado.

Here are some of Colorado’s upcoming fall festivals:

  • September 4-6. Colorado Balloon Classic will showcase mass ascensions with 100+ balloons, Balloon Glo and concessions and entertainment.
  • September 4-5. Annual Fall Color Festival in Cortez will offer handcrafted arts and crafts, games, food and kids’ events.
  • September 29-October 3. Aspen Filmfest will feature the most talked about independent films of the year along with special presentations and film guests.
