Some of Australia’s top chefs will be there to launch the 2011 ski season at Hotham Alpine Resort and Dinner Plain Village.
When you’re traveling in the mountains, some of the best and most authentic hotels are the B&Bs. In the hills and olive groves of Andalusia, Spain, there’s a new boutique B&B Casa Olea.
Based at Casa Olea, mountain travelers can explore the mountains of the Sierras Subbéticas on self-guided walking tours and mountain biking trips.
They can also visit the “Moorish wonders” Granada and Córdoba, picturesque “white villages” and medieval hill-top castles. In the evenings, guests can return back to a home-cooked meal at Casa Olea.
