Planning an early ski holiday in the U.S?  Then take a look at the Top 10 Early Ski Destinations for 2010 list from Orbitz.

The list is based on hotel and package bookings on Orbitz.com made by October 25, 2010 for travel between November 1 and December 23, 2010.
