Travel + Leisure readers gave The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs top honors in its 2011 World’s Best Awards readers’ survey.
The rankings are based on ratings in the following categories: rooms/facilities, location, service, restaurants/food, and value.
On the 2011 World’s Best Awards list, The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs also ranked an impressive No. 11 in the Top 100 Hotels Overall.
The August issue of Travel + Leisure and www.TravelandLeisure.com will reveal the entire 2011 World’s Best Awards survey results.
American owners Josie and Julian Robertson developed The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs.
A member of the Relais & Chateaux collection, The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs is sister property to The Farm at Cape Kidnappers, Hawke’s Bay on the North Island and the new Matakauri Lodge, Queenstown on the South Island.
