He has cooked in renowned restaurants such as El Bulli in Girona and New York’s Falai Restaurant.

From February 2011, Buffo promises themed menus reflecting his international cooking experiences.

He will also pay homage to the region’s culinary traditions with South Tyrolean and Italian dishes using local ingredients like organic cheese from local farms.
