This For sale section lists chalets and apartments and properties available for season-long lets. Ski properties now listed are from ski resorts in France, Switzerland and Austria.

Established in October 2010, Skipad.co.uk is a ski accommodation website with almost 1,000 rental accommodation listings in Europe, Canada and USA.

“The ‘For Sale’ section is the next stage of development in Skipad.co.uk’s ongoing plan to offer more services, making the website a one-stop shop for all ski accommodation,” says Gary Hector, founder of Skipad.co.uk.

The website offers real estate sellers and buyers easy-to-use interface, a user guide and Google map function with satellite views.

Real estate sellers don’t pay a commission.  Instead, they pay Skipad.co.uk a flat advertising fee for a three or six month listing and can update their listings frequently.

Real estate buyers can browse a wide selection of properties listed on the website.

On Skipad.co.uk, they can refine real estate search results in terms of country, region, price, living area and number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
