Flying High In Cape Town

Luxury Cape Town hotel Beaumont House is flying high in 2010.

The boutique hotel has teamed up with Thunder City to give guests a bird’s eye view of Cape Town with fast jet flying experiences in ex-military performance fighter jets the BAe Buccaneer and the Hawker Hunter.

This summer, for the Fifa World Cup, Beaumont House is featuring a special seven night package with the flying experience.

The jet flying experiences will feature views of Cape Town’s Table Mountain and the Cape coastline or alternatively travels inland through the Cape Swartland Mountains across the Swartland plains.

This package includes:

• a Thunder City experience.
• seven nights in a premier suite at Beaumont House.
• a complimentary helicopter tour for two.
• a gourmet picnic in the Eagle’s Nest vineyard in Constantia.
• full day excursion accompanied by a specialist wine guide to two wine estates in the area.

Prior to the flight, guests will be fully briefed on cockpit management, ejection seat training, oxygen management and other related information.
