Making Italy Travel Easier

Mountain travelers in Italy now have a new travel resource.

It’s called EASY ITALIA – NO WORRY HOLIDAYS, a new phone service offering multilingual information and services to Italian and foreign tourists.

Launched by the Ministry of Tourism, the new service is available everyday, from 9:00 to 22:00 except on Sundays and public holidays.

In Italy, the phone service can be reached at 039 039 039.

Travelers can call for assistance and emergency services in cases including:

• Tourist services not complying with the contract;

• Requests for medical assistance;

• Travel advice;

• Special consultancy regarding travelers’ rights;

• Up-to-date info on museums, exhibitions, tourist attractions and

• Special assistance for disabled visitors.

The phone service is available in English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Russian and Italian.
